Assembled Dome Diaphragms

 

Assembled dome diaphragms are combinations of hard domes and soft surrounds, that are used for highest quality requirements concerning the frequency response of a tweeter.

 

As cone materials aluminium or titanium are applied.
Optionally these materials can be provided untreated
or with a ceramic surface.The ceramic coating improves
stiffness, hardness and mechanical resistance.

 

Surround materials are plastic foils with thicknesses

from 80 to 240 mm or coated fabrics with

grammages from 40 to 60 g/sq.m.

DKM’s assembled dome diaphragms are produced with
high precision and reproducible product characteristics at computerized manufacturing centers. Thus our customers reduce their own production complexity by outsourcing the pasting process.
